Placing an Order
- How do I place an order?
- Look through our directory of full products
- Select the right size offered
- Add to card and select quantity (in feet)
- Specify any special instructions
- Checkout and receive your tubing direct from Fluorotherm's manufacturing facility in the USA
- Can you send a formal quotation?
- Formal quotations are provided for a minimum order quantity which varies by size of tubing. Generally, larger tubing sizes correspond to lower minimum order quantity. In order to request a formal quotation, please send an email to sales@fluorotherm.com
Shipping
- What shipping options are available?
- FedEx and UPS (Priority -Next Day Air and Second Day Air or Ground, International Priority or International Economy)
- Nominal handling charges apply – see below. Orders for Priority Shipping must be received on or before 12:00 Noon. Priority Shipping orders received after 12:00 Noon will be shipped the following business day.
- We DO NOT ship using USPS
- What options are there to pay for shipping?
- How to pay – Payments may be made by valid credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express). Payments may also be made by wire transfer (T/T) upon separate advice from FluoroStore on the amount and our receiving bank information. T/T payment questions may be directed by email to accounts@fluorotherm.com. International T/T payments are subject to a Bank charge which varies from $20.00 to $45.00 depending upon the originating bank and country.
- Do you provide tracking numbers for shipments?
- Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment upon request in the Special Instructions box.
- How is shipping calculated?
- Shipping charges are based on direct online links to FedEx or UPS spot rates and include a nominal $10.00 handling charge.
Pricing, Promotions, and Discounts
- Do you handle bulk orders?
- For bulk orders please contact sales@fluorotherm.com
- Do you offer discounts on frequent ordering?
- Customers exceeding a threshold dollar value within a calendar year receive a discount for order amount exceeding that value. The threshold value and discount is subject to periodic review and our registered customers are advised separately when this criterion is met. Discounts may apply to goods and/or shipping.
- Do you offer general storewide promotions?
- Promotions – FluoroStore periodically conducts promotions for specific types and sizes of products. Promotions are broadcast to our registered customers by email.
- What should I do to stay up to date with promotions and repeat ordering?
- In order to receive the benefits of Repeat Ordering and Promotions, FluoroStore encourages all customers to register with an account.
Returns and Refunds
- How do you Handle Returns?
- Product Returns must be authorized by Fluorostore and have a RGA (Return Good Authorization) Number provided by Fluorostore. Authorized Refunds based on Product Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, unless the return in question is due to a Fluorostore error.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Authorized refunds are promptly credited to the credit card account that was used in the original transaction, with advice to customer.
Quality and Brand
- How do you ensure quality?
- All Fluorostore products are either manufactured at Fluorotherm’s production facilities or at our partner companies. Product quality is ensured for our internal quality standards compliance and orders checked for accuracy. Customers are notified of rare discrepancies, if any, prior to shipment.

- How safe is FluoroStore?
- Privacy and security of transactions is assured through our site partners and platform financial security software. User account information is maintained by our website platform. Credit card information is kept on record for your convenience if you choose. Users are free to change passwords for security and privacy reasons.
