Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of date of receipt of order by customer. Standard restocking fee of 25% of value of goods applies for return of standard products, if the return is due to no fault of Fluorostore. Custom products are non-returnable. Fluorostore will issue an RGA number for returns that must be referenced on a copy of Purchase Order enclosed with the return package.
